Detroit Business Consulting will be heading to the windy city this weekend for networking and learning! We have quarterly conferences there to meet with other sales and marketing professionals to do some learning. The conference is separated into different sections and focus groups so that each group has information that is tailored for them. Topics covered will include how to coach the people in your office, situational learning activities, goal setting and achievement, and much more.
